I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to unpack a hard situation this morning using the Repair Page and some of the accountability tools explored. My mind is blown in how this particular learner was able to identify what feelings he was having when he reacted in the way he did. It was powerful and provided an entry point for a larger conversation all while tying to resolve a fractured connection.
It was meaningful on all fronts.
