CJI Training

For nearly 25 years, CJI has provided people with the tools they need to work restoratively with conflict and harm. The quality of our custom training, tailored to organizations and communities across Canada and internationally, has helped define the agency as a global leader in the field of restorative justice and conflict resolution.

Our courses are designed to dramatically increase personal effectiveness in conversation, problem-solving, conflict or the aftermath of violence. Our Training and Education Program spans a wide variety of topics ranging from foundational conflict resolution skills to advanced courses in restorative practices.

Our training program has benefited a wide variety of groups including government offices, non-profit agencies, schools, businesses, public employees, First Nations communities, faith groups, residential care workers, and justice professionals.
